This is Michael Curtis and Roger S. H. Schulman's vanity card.
Mantis Productions (2009)
Logo: On a blue marbled background, there is a huge red shield (escutcheon) with silver piping around it. A green mantis with a small crown on its head is on the shield. A gold scroll winds around the base of the shield with two long, wispy gold feathers inside the swirled ends of the scroll. The letters of the 'Mantis' name appears one by one, each letter in an Old English font. After the letters settle onto the scroll, the crown on the mantis tilts suddenly to the left.
