Logo: On a black background, we see 4 arrows form the Maltese cross. The deltas then rotate and form a diamond shape. The text "mtv" writes by itself and the logo remains static for several seconds before playing in reverse and then stopping for a while. All but the left delta becomes transparent, then an eye shape is formed and lastly the full name of the company "malta television service" in a stacked format fades in on the right.

Variant: A shortened variant exists.

Technique: Cel animation.

Music/Sounds: A whimsical flute fanfare.
