Background
Lightning Pictures was a sub-label of Vestron Pictures which started with the same purpose of the Lightning Video label and was run by Lawrence Kasanoff.
Logo (June 1987-1989)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a sky blue box made of numerous thin rods and crossed with black lightning. Two words, also sky blue, are seen above and below the box, saying "LIGHTNING" and "PICTURES", respectively.
Technique: A still graphic.
Audio: Usually silent.
Availability: Appears on VHS releases of Blood Diner and You Can't Hurry Love. This is intact on VUDU's print of the latter after the 2005 Lionsgate logo.
