Background
Kult Kidz were a distribution arm of Contender Entertainment Group that released videos and DVDs of old kids programmes.

Technique: 2D animation that looks pretty basic by 90s standards.
Music/Sounds: A fast harp sound, then a children's “Bah!” sound.
Availability: Seen on their releases such as Willo the Wisp.
