Background

This is the vanity plate of Kari Lizer.

Logo: On a black background, we see the white company name in Arial. Below it is a TCR timestamp that counts down for 2 seconds.

Trivia: This logo is actually a temporary placeholder that was made by a technician, presumably to be replaced by a more conventional logo when the time came. Kari deliberately chose to stick with the placeholder instead, and when the producers objected, she said "Come on, let's not do this anymore, I have to get home and make spaghetti."[1]

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: Either a muffled whistling theme or a short ukulele tune.
