Visuals: Just the word "spectra" in Garamond with "film" in a red cursive font.

Availability: Seen on VHS releases of Blue Monkey and Anguish. It was also spotted on the Japanese VHS release of the latter film.


2nd Logo (1988-1989?)


Visuals: On a black background, the letters from the previous logo zoom-out sequentially and have rainbow colors. At the end, the logo turns silver with colorful borders and shines.

Technique: The 3D effects, which are actually pretty cool for their time.

Availability: Seen on Tokyo Pop and Aloha Summer, among possible others.
