This is the vanity plate of Zahir McGhee.

Logo: On a dark brown-like wall, we see a neon sign featuring a caricature of Zahir McGhee, wearing sunglasses and a beard, with a sign reading "HOW MY HAIR LOOK" inside a rounded box, with a power line connected to it. As the camera slowly zooms up, some neon lights turn on, showing the sunglasses and name in magenta, while the box is in a lime color as it flickers.
