Background
Hasbro iON was an educational gaming system released by Hasbro in 2006.

Visuals: We see a red background with a flash, with the iON logo. And then a yellow circle orbits the "O" in the "iON" text.
Technique: The orbiting.
Audio: A girl saying "ION!" then followed by a child laugh.
Availability: The iON is a pretty rare console. However, it's easy to find at eBay and Amazon.
