Background

This is the production company of Dane Boedigheimer.

1st Logo (April 18, 2007-January 8, 2009)

Logo: On a black background, an explosion occurs. The text "GAGFILMS.COM" fades in, outlined in yellow. It zooms in before fading out.

Technique: Live-action with zooming effects.

Music/Sounds: An explosion sound, followed by electric guitar music and a crowd cheering.

Availability: Seen on most videos on Dane's channel from the time period, starting with Monster the Singing Cat and ending with The Snoring Puppy.

2nd Logo (January 13, 2009-April 16, 2010)

Logo: On a white background, the text "GAGFILMS" (in the same font as the previous logo) zooms in, with the "I" replaced by a stick of dynamite. Suddenly, a hand (presumably belonging to Daneboe himself) comes down, holding a lighter. The hand then ignites the fuse, and quickly vanishes. The fuse burns up as an explosion occurs, fading the logo to black.

Technique: 2D animation with live-action for the hand.

Music/Sounds: Two whooshes, the sound of the lighter, the fuse burning up and an explosion sound.

Availability: Again, seen on most videos on Dane's channel from the time period, starting with Scarier Faces and ending with The Viral Video Kit. This logo also appears at the start of the first 6 episodes of The Annoying Orange.

Legacy: This logo is nostalgic to many people, thanks to its appearance on the first few Annoying Orange videos.
