Visuals: There is a city at night, complete with neon signs, Hollywood sign, the set of the show What's So Funny?, and buildings. "FUNNY BUSINESS, LLC." in the italic Courier font is shown above the city top.

Variant: Later on, the text was replaced with the words "FUNNY BUSINESS." in an italic Dom Casual font.

Technique: Live-action and 2D computer effects.

Audio: A sound effect of a person laughing, followed by a marimba jingle, or the closing theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on What's So Funny?.

2nd Logo (February 24, 2007-March 19, 2011)

Visuals: On a black background, many lines appear, rotating and zooming out until then disappearing, then, "FUNNY BUSINESS" flips in, and 4 lines land above (the first half) and below (the second half) the text.
