(December 31, 2005 - 2006)

Logo: On a black starry background, we see two stars come from the center of the screen as they both separte from each other, then they form back into one star and separate again as the two hands shaking start to fade in with text 'FRINDS FILMS' off centered in a clay-like font. After that, the hands and text start to brighten up for a second, then the logo ends.

FX/SFX: The background moving, the stars and the hands and text fading in. All in cheap CGI.

Music/Sounds: A loud fanfare.

Availability: Seen only on two films: Malangi Ba Mannay and Musafer.

Editor's Note: None.
