This is the vanity plate of Randall Einhorn.

Nickname: "The Plant" "That Is Some Skittles!"
Logo: On a white background, we see a silhouette of a tiny plant growing out with roots at the bottom in the ground. As it does this, the company name wipes in from the left and right respectively. It is next to the Delicious Non-Sequitur Productions logo.
FX/SFX: 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: A guy saying "That is some skittles!", preceding from the aforementioned logo's audio.
Availability: Brand new. Seen on Abbott Elementary starting with season 2.
