Background: Family Universal Network was the children's and family label of Plaza Entertainment.

Logo (1996-1999)

Visuals: On a cloud background, a yellow-bordered semi-circle and square with a blue silhouetted boy, dog and girl and the words "Family Universal Network" fly in from the distance, while the letters "F" (red), "U" (blue) and "N" (green) take place on the square. After they take form, "F.U.N." flashes white and a shine appears behind the logo. Then the text "A Division of Plaza Entertainment, Inc." fades in on the bottom and the dog wags its tail.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A triumphant drum and trumpet theme and Brian Cummings saying "Family Universal Network!". A dog bark is heard at the end.

Availability: Seen on VHS adaptations of Treasure Island and Around the World in 80 Days.
