Background

Ealing Studios is an old film studio, known in 1940's and 50's. Previously its name was Associated Talking Pictures. In late 1950's, Ealing ceased production business, but it was revived in 2000. The classic library would be purchased by British Lion Films, which would in turn be acquired by EMI in 1976. Today, the classic library is owned by StudioCanal.
