TBS Superstation

1st Logo (1988-1991)

Nicknames: "The Cosmic Pyramid", "Pyramid in Space"

Logo: We first see a pyramid with a mirrored arch on one side, and the TBS Superstation logo (three indigo slanted rectangles with golden borders and the letters "TBS" inside them, and the word "Superstation" underneath them) forming on it. Finally, we see planets floating towards it.

FX/SFX: Nice CGI animation by Pacific Data Images.

Music/Sounds: It starts with a synthesis score, followed by an orchestra.

The New TBS (October 31, 2015)

Notice: this template has been replaced by {{Guidance}} and {{Guidance detail}}

ID: On a blue background, the old TBS logo forms. After a worm with a glitchy texture gets the smile from the logo. The smile turns into a mouth which eats the letters one by one. The mouth turns into the TBS logo. The background, logo, and the word "TBS" change textures.

FX/SFX: 2D animation by Block and Tackle.

Music/Sounds: TBA.

Availability: Extinct. It appeared when TBS officially changed their logo.

Editor's Note: The destruction of the old logo, along with the freakish animation of sorts can startle many. This can also annoy those who liked the old logo.

TBS Generic IDs (Latin America; 2016)

Logo: Each ID consists of various TBS logos with random patterns, animations, scenes from TV shows, movies and other special IDs, all happening at a very fast pace.

FX/SFX: TBA.

Music/Sounds:

  • Variant 1: A jungle/breakcore-style sliced amen break, which changes into an even mellower drum beat with some electronic sounds still present.
  • Variant 2: A techno theme.
  • Variant 3: A dubstep drop, then the character from the scene saying "What the *beep* was that?", and an even harsher-sounding dubstep theme.
  • Variant 4: A melodic death-style metal theme.

Availability: Current.

Editor's Note: Like the "New TBS" ID mentioned above, these IDs can startle many due to their strange/random animation.
