Background

Sin Hok Gong Luen (仙鶴港聯影業公司) was a Hong Kong film company that made many movies during the 1960s.

1st Logo (October 10, 1962-May 9, 1967)

Visuals: Over a sky background, there is a outline of a circle with a drawing of a phoenix flying up with "聯港" in bold appears at the top of each side of the phoenix and "司公影業" appears at the bottom-right of the phoenix inside.

Technique: Motion controlled animation.

Audio: A bombastic trumpet fanfare

Availability: Seen on many movies during the 1960s, starting from The Blonde Hair Monster to She Is Our Senior.

2nd Logo (November 9, 1967-September 7, 1968)

Visuals: Over a purple background with sunburst moving, the same logo from before in black with the 2 bolded characters in red zooms in. "CRANE SCOPE" in yellow, biconcaved format wipes in from the left/right side of it at the sides of the logo. The Chinese text in red appears below.

Technique: 2D cel animation.

Audio: The same bombastic trumpet fanfare as before.

Availability: Seen on movies from Tragedy in a Fishing Village and Paragon of Sword and Knife (Grand Finale).
