Background

Cosnat Corporation was an American record company founded by Jerry Blaine in 1954. It inherently released a single film, The Candidate, in 1964. The company went out of business in 1970.

Logo (October 7, 1964)

Visuals: On a white background, we see a wireframe globe. The wireframe globe quickly zooms to the upper left of the logo, and the background becomes split between white and gray. A dot appears next to the globe, and the words "Cosnat Corp." in script are written out. As soon as the writing finishes, "JERRY BLAINE" & "PRESIDENT" appear in the gray strip.

Technique: Traditional animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Has been found only on The Candidate (1964).
