Background

Cornelius Productions is the production company of Chevy Chase. The name comes from the actor's real name, Cornelius Crane Chase. The company produced a couple of movies such as Funny Farm and Memoirs of an Invisible Man, but only The Chevy Chase Show used an actual on-screen logo.

Logo: On a background of red, blue and violet smudges is a juggling man (modeled after Chevy Chase) in a court jester's outfit. His suit has a green/red head covering with protruding cones with bells attached, the torso piece has red and green diamonds with red and blue sleeves and the left leg is red and the right is blue. He happens to be juggling three blue balls. In front of him is the words

CORNELIUS
PRODUCTIONS

which happen to appear disjointed in yellow with black bordering.

FX/SFX: None, as the logo is a painting.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme to the show.

Availability: Extinct. Appeared on The Chevy Chase Show, which is gone outside of off-air recordings.
