Nickname: "Rectangular C"

Logo: On a black background, we see "constant" in white. Then next to it, A white rectangle with a lowercase "c" flashes into view. "PRODUCTIONS" fades in under "constant".

Variant: On HD, DVD, Pop and HBO Max prints of season 5 and seasons 7-15 of ER, the logo is cropped to 16:9 widescreen. However, full-screen prints still have the logo's original 4:3 ratio.

FX/SFX: The rectangle lowercase "c" flashing in, "PRODUCTIONS" fading in. This was done by Pittard Sullivan.

Music/Sounds: It plays over the ending theme starting in season 13. NBC airings use a generic theme and sometimes a voice over. In the first twelve seasons, it used the theme from the "Previously on ER" bumper.

Availability: Appears on Pop and HBO Max airings of the long-running hospital drama ER.
