Background
Commercial Video was an early 80s sports/educational video division of Thorn EMI Video.

Logo: On a black background, a green TV tube-shaped "C" draws into place. In the small space where the drawing stops, the letter "V" appears. "COMMERCIAL VIDEO" wipes-in below the whole thing.
Technique: The drawing in of the C shape and wiping in of "COMMERCIAL VIDEO."
