(1981)

Logo: On a black screen, the Abstract Torch of Columbia Pictures, the rectangular EMI logo, and the Warner Bros. Big W/Worms logo all appear/zoom in from left to right in quick succession; each one has an ownership byline for that company (Columbia's is "A Columbia Pictures Company"; EMI's is "A member of the EMI group"; and Warner's is "A Warner Communications Company"). After all three appear, the words "Columbia-EMI-Warner Distributors" fade in above, and "Presents" fades in below (both at the same time); the logo then fades out.

Music: None.
