Background

City Host Production Co. Ltd. (霆鈞製作有限公司) is a film production company located in Hong Kong. They only produced two films.

1st Logo (April 28, 1994, May 3, 1996)

Visuals: Over a black background are some flashes of lightning through dark clouds. Fifth lightning strike continually hits the bottom and engulfs the screen, flashing into white. Once the flash subsided, the company name in English fades in, followed by the full Cantonese name (but without the 王 symbol in the first character) rising up from above the English name, then the lightning bolt zooms in from inside the first character and compresses, forming the zig-zaggy symbol.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A timpani roll when a lightning strike appears, followed by metal clanging along with a pinging sound during the text sequence.

Availability: Seen only on Hello! Who Is It? & Crosslin.
