Logo descriptions by PAV123

Background: An offshoot of C/FP Distribution, based in Canada. Mainly released into Canada tapes from Vidmark Entertainment, Imperial Entertainment, New Concorde, Just for Kids Video, Republic Pictures, Academy Entertainment, Triboro Entertainment Group, and others.

1st Logo (1980s-early 1990s)

<youtube width=240 height=185>|<youtube width=240 height=185>3YXjI4VPOlM}} Nickname: "The Sega Saturn Logo"

Logo: On a space background we see a blue sphere coast to the center of the screen. A line forms and wraps around the sphere which emits a dust trail spark when it reaches the end. The dust trail flies around the screen and forms the text "cineglobe" in an orange impact font which situates itself beneath the sphere.

FX/SFX: The sphere, the line/dust trail.

Music/Sounds: A space tune.

Availability: Rare. Probably seen on Canadian VHS copies of Meatballs 3 and has been spotted on Syngenor, Dancing in the Forest, Red Blooded American Girl, Angel Town and Devil Rider.

2nd Logo (Early 1990s (possibly 1991)-1993)

<youtube width=240 height=185>|<youtube width=240 height=185>ClIVkRrZhZw}} Nickname: "Fragments in Space"

Logo: On a star field we see multiple metal fragments fly in from the top right corner of the screen which stop to form an abstract "C". It zooms back to the bottom left corner and the blue text "cineglobe" flashes in next to it.

FX/SFX: The fragments, the text.

Music/Sounds: A synth chord with some synthesized flute notes and a heavy synth twinkle.

Availability: More common than the first logo. Seen on releases from C/FP Video, although some releases, such as Dirty Games and Fire, Ice and Dynamite will have just this logo.
