1st Logo (1960's?-1971)

Visuals: On a black background, we see a silhouette of a winged anchor. The logo brightens, revealing the Taiwanese Armed Forces' emblem the company name in Chinese. Then, a sunburst background fades in.

Technique: Possibly live action.

Audio: A Republic of China-British esque "Mechanised Infantry March", which is later used on the BBTV Channel 7 sign on from the 2001.

Availability: Seen on some newsreel movies which can be found on the Chinese Taipei Film Archive (later Taiwan Film Institute) website. Also, it was seen on some feature films produced by the company from the era.

Legacy: This logo is considered for watching the Chinese Taipei Film Archive documentary and newsreel movies, but this is a favorite to Taiwan and Chinese pre-1970 community.

2nd logo (1969)

Visuals: On a green background, we see the ROC Armed Forces emblem from before in color, with a red Chinese text appears below. The English text "CHINA MOTION PICTURE STUDIO" is in light green.

Availability: Seen only on Storm Over the Yang-Tse River.
