Background

Chang Hang Production was a Cambodian film production company.

1st Logo (1990)

Visuals: The sequence starts from a pink background which splits into several rippling squares that shrink out of view, revealing a blurry purple background with glimmering lights. A rippling pink shape fades in, which turns white, as the background also changes hue, turning whitish with red undertones. A silver omega symbol then emerges within the rippling shape, zooming in to a comfortable position. Afterwards, the company name "ផលិតកម្ចាងហាងភាពយន្" with an orange trail that stretches into the omega symbol wipes in from the center; the trail wipes in first, followed by the text.

Technique: Grass Valley 300 production switcher effects for the rippling shapes, live-action and practical effects for everything else.

Audio: A majestic horn fanfare.

Availability: Seen on Songpich.
