1st Logo (1980-1983?)

Logo: After two or three seconds, we fade in to see the silver statue of a naked woman, then we pan down to see the sign. The sign inside has a triangle with three letters "CVV." Three letters flash, and the sign zooms back away as the three letters stay. The line flashes the letter, which the words appear "CAL VISTA VIDEO" in each letter. The golden yellow flashes, and it reads "The Ultimate in Video Cassettes" and underneath "presents." The stars shine on the logo. They fade out.

FX/SFX: The statue, grill, and the letter initials zooming out and the laser beams and lens flare.

Music/Sounds: The synth fanfare which the woman says, "This is a Cal Vista Video presentation."

Availability: Seen on many UK pre-cert releases of porn films produced by Cal Vista International.

2nd Logo (Late 1980s?-1990s?)

Logo: Finally, "THE ULTIMATE IN VIDEO CASSETTES" appears below the logo and turns on pink/lavender, but the text is white.

FX/SFX: The space, the stars and galaxies, the text apparition, the flashes.

Music/Sounds: A futuristic tune with a synthesizer, and a female voice saying "This is a Cal Vista presentation".

Availability: Possibly seen on later VHS releases of films from Cal Vista.
