1st Logo (April-December 1983)
Logo: On a blue background, we see the white square that has the word "CABLE" in Eurostile Bold with blue, red, and yellow lines underneath, flippingin slowly untilit touches the screen. The word appears "COMMUNICATIONS." The shine transitions to the white screen.
FX/SFX: The flipping, and the transition.

Availability: Seen on pre-cert releases of The Adventures of Choppy and the Princess Parts 4, 5, and 6, Cry of the Wild, The Devil at Your Heels, Every Girl Should Have One, Final Cut, Massacre at Grand Canyon, One Man, Rebel Warriors, Steigler Steigler, and The Trygon Factor.
