Background

Blind Ferret Entertainment was a company created by webcomic artist Ryan Sohmer. This company is used for the DVD and TV animation businesses.

1st Logo (February 1, 2006-2009?)

Visuals: There is a blindfolded ferret playing a piano, standing on a red piano bench on a black background with a gray floor and a spotlight illuminating the ferret and piano. After a while, it removes its blindfold while still playing the piano. The camera pans around the ferret and piano throughout. As the ferret finishes playing, these words fade in:

Blind Ferret
E N T E R T A I N M E N T

"Blind Ferret" is in a futuristic font, with the "i"s dot being red. The ferret and piano fade out soon after, leaving just the logo on a black background.

Variant: There is a version that starts after the ferret takes off its blindfold.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A piano sounder. At the end applause can be heard.

Availability: Seen on Ctrl+Alt+Del: The Animated Series and Least I Could Do.

2nd Logo (2007-2012)

Visuals: A blindfolded ferret, wielding what appears to be a fencing foil, falls from off-screen and lands on the ground. The ferret then slashes wind with the foil before slashing the paper behind it, making it fall and revealing the logo from before, but on a white background and with everything but the "i"s dot being black.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A thump sound representing the ferret dropping down, cartoon wind slashing sounds, which leads into some paper shredding and dropping sound effects. The logo ends with another wind slash sound, and audience applauding.

Availability: Seen on later episodes of Ctrl+Alt+Del: The Animated Series.
