Visuals: Same as the 1995 BMG Video logo, but the cursive word "independents" zooms out beneath the red line instead of "VIDEO" flipping in.

Technique: Same as the 1995 BMG Video logo.

Audio: Same as the 1995 BMG Video logo.

Availability: Found on early releases of movies distributed by this company.

2nd Logo (1997-1999)

Visuals: Same as the 1997 BMG Video logo, but underneath the BMG logo, the "independents" text from before in black writes itself underneath.

Technique: CGI made by Flip Your Lid Animation.

Audio: Same as the 1997 BMG Video logo.

Availability: Can be found on VHS and maybe some DVD releases of the company's films, such as the 1998 VHS of Clockwatchers.
