1st Logo (early-1980s)


Logo: A box consisting of a letter "a" formed out of white, grey and black stripes, with the title "AVATAR" underneath, and the word "COMMUNICATIONS" encased in a grey box.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

2nd Logo (early-1980s)


Logo: Animated white, red and blue light flares appear briefly and fade out and then reappear to gradually form the letter "a". An white outlined box appears as the word "AVATAR" flashes in, in white.

FX/SFX: Light beams, and the title flashing in.

Music/Sounds: A synth jingle ending with a person whispering "Avatar" as the titles flash in.
