1st Logo (1982-1989)

Nickname: "AV I", "The Starry Flight"

Logo: On a black background, we see "AV" in a modified Motter Ombra font, made out of gold with some light sparks, zooming in from the near-top towards the viewer until it reaches at a comfortable distance. There are 9 blue-gray 4-pointed stars shooting and shining in the following order:

  • The first one shoots at the bottom-left corner.
  • The second one shoots at the near-bottom-right and disappears.
  • The third and fourth stars shine on the bottom of the "V" and in the gap of the "A", respectively.
  • The fifth star shoots at the bottom-right.
  • The sixth and seventh stars shine on the bottom of the "A" and on the bottom gap between "A" and "V", respectively.
  • The eighth star shines on the bottom gap between "A" and "V", again like the seventh star did, expect it moves to the near-bottom-left, when it disappears, and reappears, making "AUDIO VISUAL ENTERPRISES" appear below the "AV".
  • The ninth and the last star shines on the last letter of the company name ("S").

FX/SFX: The AV, the stars and the company name.

Music/Sounds: A piano tune with a synthesized electric guitar tune.

Availability: Rare. Can only be found on the company's earliest VHS releases.

2nd Logo (1989-2006)

Nicknames: "AV II", "The Scribbling"

Logo: On a canvas, the "AV" logo is sketched and filled in orange. The background then fades to a black background and the letters become 3D and shiny. "AUDIO VISUAL ENTERPRISES" in white appears below, and the logo shines.

Variant: In a variant of the logo, the canvas is painted in a different way; a brush is seemingly used.

FX/SFX: The drawing and shining.

Music/Sounds: Scribbling sounds followed by a reversed cymbal crash.

Availability: Uncommon. Found on several Greek VHS tapes and DVDs, including Chaos, Gulag, Earth Star Voyager, Terminal Exposure, Disney releases such as the VHS release of The Lion King and the Greek DVD releases of Valiant and Pinocchio 3000.

3rd Logo (2006-)

Nickname: "AV III", "Worshipping the Sun"

Logo: We rise from a sea, which reveals a man on a boat worshipping the sun. We slowly zoom to the sun, which transforms into the "AV" logo, while the text "AUDIO VISUAL ENTERTAINMENT", with "ENTERTAINMENT" below "AUDIO VISUAL" and smaller, fade in.

FX/SFX: The animation in the logo.

Music/Sounds: Sounds of water splashing followed by an ascending soundtrack with a six-note piano entry.

Availability: Currently seen on Greek home video releases.
