Background: Asociación Mexicana de Video is a company that releases most of the [[Universal Pictures|Universal]], [[Paramount Pictures|Paramount]] and [[DreamWorks Pictures|DreamWorks]] VHS and DVD releases including the best known as releasing [[Nickelodeon]] material, It is been established in 1999 from moving distribution away from CIC Video. AMV also releases kids' material from Nelvana, HIT Entertainment, etc. the company closes in 2005 due to piracy.
