Warning: On the same blue-green gradient background as the AnimEigo logo that follows, we see the text that wipes in via a dusting effect:

The text then wipes away, and then copyright information relating to the movie who was subtitling or dubbing wipes in the same effect. It then wipes away, and then the AnimEigo logo begins.

Availability: Seen on the first AnimEigo releases, like MADOX-01.

Warning: On a blue background, yellow warning text is shown, along with copyright information relating to the movie who was subtitling or dubbing. It looks like this:
