Amvest Video was a New Jersey-based video company that specialized in public domain releases. It had ties to the earlier budget record label Audiofidelity Records. Amvest went out of business around 1990.

Logo: In a subway tunnel against a space background, the words "AMVEST VIDEO" zoom in from the center. The tunnel also lights up when the words pass it. When it finishes zooming in, the tunnel fades out. The words then shine.

FX/SFX: Early CGI animation, and you can still see some of the blue used in the chroma key process.

Music/Sounds: A rearrangement of "Sunrise" from "Also Sprach Zarathustra" (well-known as the song used in ''2001: A Space Odyssey''), with a whoosh and some twinkling sounds before and after the tunnel fades out.
