Agetec Inc. (for ASCII Game Entertainment Technology) was formed in 1998 from a series of assets of the former ASCII Entertainment. The company would later became an independent publisher by 1999.

Logo: On a black or white background, we see the text "agetec" surrounded by a red curve on the top, which stood all the way to the word.
