Make the availability section for commercial tags optional/only to state specific examples

Reiterating what TheNintendoGuy9009 said to me: there might be a couple of famous commercials for brands out there but that doesn't mean all brands have specific commercials.

Most of the time, brands will use the tag for hundreds of often unrelated commercials. Many commercials don't have names and specific details.

I think the availability section should be optional and only used to state specific examples, i.e. This endtag is seen on the infamous X commercial about Y, something like that, or if the tag is a one-off.
