This should tell editors and readers that there is already a draft article of the same page that is currently being developed. Think of this template like Wikipedia' Draft at template. Granted, a lot of the draft pages were redirected from mainspace but there are some that were initially created in draftspace and still are (e.g. Samsung Galaxy and WCNY IDs). Because the search engine do not include them, unknowing editors will create them without being aware there is already a page for that currently under construction. And yes, that has actually happened when one user (Kyrongenius1 to be exact) created Samsung Galaxy in mainspace, but was deleted because a draft article already exists.

This is a better way to remind people that this specific article is already made albeit not for the whole public to see. Take a look at an example here and you'll see what I mean. Camenati (talk) 15:49, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
