1st Logo (1947)

Logo: On a light-gray background, we see the text "AS" in black, set in front of "Films, S.A." in cursive and in white. Below that is "Mexico".

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Ultra rare, as it was used for less than one year. It can be seen only on El niño perdido (The Lost Kid), which is long out of print, although has been archived on YouTube.

2nd Logo (1949-1950)

Logo: We see the following 3D text on a dark background "ASFILMS .S.A.". Above the "MS" text is an happy elephant with one of his legs and his trunk in the air.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.

Music/Sounds Variant: On Soy charro de levita, the logo is silent.

Availability: Very rare. It can be seen only on El rey del barrio (The King of the Neighborhood), Soy el charro de levita (I am Charro Frock), La marca del Zorrillo (The Mark of the Skunks) and Cuando los padres se quedan solos (When the parents stay alone) which are also long out of print, but again, archived on YouTube.
