Logo: On a white background we see multiple orange numbers "33 and "11" (which was covered in straight lines) sliding across the screen until it merges together then it shines and the words "thirtythreeeleven" with two camera lens on the left top and the bottom right appears below.
FX/SFX: The numbers sliding.

Availability: It only appeared on Approaching the Unknown.
