Background

25/7 Productions (stylized as twenty five/seven productions) was a production company that was formed in 2003 by Dave Broone to produce unscripted television shows. One of the company's first hits was The Biggest Loser in 2004.



1st Logo (October 19, 2004-January 15, 2005)


Visuals: On a white gradient background, the silver colored numbers "257" are seen; the letters are connected to each other. Below it is a black line, and below that is "twenty five/seven productions" in a Handel Gothic font. The logo sparkles.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: None or a NBC generic theme on original airings.

Availability: Seen on season 1 of The Biggest Loser.

2nd Logo (September 13, 2005-June 2, 2016)


Visuals: On a black background, the same 257 logo from before wipes in green and flashes via sparkles. Below it is the line, and below that is the green text "twenty five/seven" fading in, followed by "productions".

Variants:

  • A still version exists.
  • In 2010, the logo was given an enhanced look.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: An electronic whoosh sound or none. Original airings used a generic theme.

Availability: Seen on most seasons of The Biggest Loser until the show went on hiatus, and also appeared on other shows, such as Strong.

Visuals: On a black background, a set of futuristic transforming-like numbers merge to form the futuristic word "257" in the same font as the previous logo on a light background. The text "twenty five/seven productions" zooms in below.

Variant: A still version exists.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A robotic-like sound or none.

Availability: First seen on Ultimate Beastmaster, and later seen on TV specials from the company, such as Still Laugh-In: The Stars Celebrate and Halftime.
