Background

This is the production company of Chris Witaske, Jon Barinholtz and Katie Rich.

Logo (September 17, 2021-)

Visuals: On a white background are two light blue horizontal stripes. Between them are "23" and "34" (in Gill Sans) on the left and right side, respectively. Between the numbers is a small, red 6-pointed star. The logo is paired with an image of Witaske, Barinholtz and Rich all smiling.

Trivia: This logo is based on the flag of Chicago.

Variants:

  • On Maximum Truth, an animated version is used. A subway passes by the camera as the camera moves to the left, which has the logo on a brick wall, which then fades to the finished result, which is cropped in a box on a black background.
  • A version exists where we see a closeup of the three people, followed by the text appearing in the same fashion. Otherwise, only the image is shown.
  • Sometimes, the logo shares the screen with other logos.

Technique: A live-action photograph and a still, digital graphic. CGI for the animated version.

Audio: The closing theme. On the animated version, there is the sounds of the subway train.

Availability: Seen on Chicago Party Aunt, History of the World, Part II, and Maximum Truth.
