Visuals: It's an ASCII version of the 20th Century Studios logo. Over a black background, there is an ASCII version of the 20th Century Studios logo. The structure is facing forward. The searchlights move for a while before cutting to black.

Variant: A colored version exists, where the entire logo is yellow.

Technique: ASCII animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: Only seen on the ASCII version of Star Wars, which can be seen here: http://asciimation.co.nz/. This was also seen on operating systems.
